Technodelta BroadLine is a service that allows residential and small business customers to use a standard telephone and a broadband Internet connection to make and receive phone calls at incredibly low rates. Installation

BroadLine Phone Service gateways (2,4,24 ports) are connected to your broadband Internet router over 10/100 Ethernet network. Analog ports of the gateways are connected to your PBX or phones.

How it works

Technodelta BroadLine transmits calls over the Internet via a telephone and voice router plugged into a Internet connection. This costs less than routing calls through the traditional telephone network. When a call routed to the global Technodelta network, it will be terminated to our gateways completely transparent to caller and called parties.

Q. What do I need to subscribe BroadLine service.

A. A voice gateway and a broadband Internet connection is sufficent.

Q. What kind of gateway should I have to buy.

A. Generally all SIP enabled gateways are compliant with our phone network. Technodelta recommends our own branded hardware but Cisco ATA 186/188 or Mediatrix SIP gateways are fully competible.

Q. What will be the quality of calls.

A. Technodelta Network is utilized to provide highest call quality with minimum delay. Patent pending routing algorithms make all calls will go shortest and lesser packet loss networks. Our telephony experience is the key of our success.

Q. Does your service works on PSTN or ISDN dialup Internet connection.

A. Yes, but you need a PSTN or ISDN Internet router or a PC with Internet connection sharing. We do not recommend services over analog modem connections because of the excessive latency.

Q.Do I need to forward ports or any other setting on the broadband router.

A. No, all hardware is plug-n-play.
