Installation
Callshop MAXX gateways (2,4,24 ports) are connected to your broadband Internet router over 10/100 Ethernet network. Analog ports of the gateways are connected to your phone booths. After initial configuration your Callshop system will be ready to serve. You will need approximately 30 minutes for full installation.
How it works
When a customer walks in, an agent enables the phone boot. During the call, the color of phone booth will turn into red. By the end of the first, call phone booth turns to yellow and agent sees the total price amount on the booth. At this stage, customer may start a second call. After each call, total amount will increase. When the customer finishes all calls, Agent will click to the booth to see all detailed call records and can optionally print an invoice to the customer. After the payment has received, that booth color automatically turns in to green and the booth will be ready to serve to a new customer.

Analog phones for booths.

A. No, you may use the same connection for CallshopMAXX also.

A. Only need for CallshopMAXX is a broadband Internet connection. If you subscribe a broadband service, you may enjoy the CallshopMAXX.
Q.Do I need a pbx or telco lines.
A.What is the main idea behind CallshopMAXX is hassle free Callshop without costly telco hardware and services. You don't need any type of PBX or telco lines. All PBX functions will be handled by your gateway.
Q.What would be the maximum capacity.
A. Capacity is measured by your Internet connection speed. Every phone booth needs 16Kbps symmetric Internet connection.
Q.How is the quality of calls.
A.Every CallshopMAXX gateway is connected to Technodelta global phone network. If the Internet lines aren't saturated, call quality will be like the toll quality or even better.
Q. In which countries Technodelta provide CallshopMAXX service.
A. CallshopMAXX does not depend on your geographic location, regardless of your current location, you just need a broadband Internet connection. You may even operate a Callshop at the middle of the Sahara desert with satellite Internet connection.
Q. Does your service works on PSTN or ISDN dialup Internet connection.
A. Yes, but you need a PSTN or ISDN Internet router or a PC with Internet connection sharing. We do not recommend services over analog modem connections because of the excessive latency.
Q.Do I need to forward ports or any other setting on the broadband router.
A. No, all hardware is plug-n-play.
